If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days. You will receive a prompt refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges, when the item is returned in its original condition, including all intact tags, packaging and accessories. There will be a restocking fee if the product is not in saleable condition.

Your refund, less any shipping charges, will be refunded back to the card used for the transaction. We will refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped or defective merchandise only.

Please use a shipping method that offers package tracking and insure any returned merchandise as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

In order to process your return or exchange, you will require a Return Authorization Number which you can arrange by contacting Customer Care. Products received without this number will not be accepted.
